Via the A61 to the Bad Kreuznach exit, then B41 towards the city center, Salinenstraße (towards Bad Münster a. St.), turn right onto Burgweg, turn right onto Heinrich-Held-Straße 10 (Hotel Engel is at the dead end)
Hotel-owned parking spaces are available (free of charge). You can also park for free on Heinrich-Held-Straße.
